Ingredients
- 18g Yeri Cannonball — brewed as a double espresso
- Ice cubes
- Simple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- Milk or oat milk
- A cocktail shaker or mason jar with a lid
How to make it
- Pull a double espresso shot using Yeri Cannonball
- Add the espresso and sweetener to your shaker with a generous handful of ice
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the espresso is frothy and cold
- Fill a glass with fresh ice
- Strain and pour the shaken espresso over the ice
- Top with milk or oat milk to your preference
- Serve immediately
