Shaken Espresso — Made with Cannonball Dark Roast

Ingredients

  • 18g Yeri Cannonball — brewed as a double espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • Simple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • Milk or oat milk
  • A cocktail shaker or mason jar with a lid

How to make it

  1. Pull a double espresso shot using Yeri Cannonball
  2. Add the espresso and sweetener to your shaker with a generous handful of ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the espresso is frothy and cold
  4. Fill a glass with fresh ice
  5. Strain and pour the shaken espresso over the ice
  6. Top with milk or oat milk to your preference
  7. Serve immediately
