Ingredients

  • 18g Yeri Cannonball — brewed as a double espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • Simple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • Milk or oat milk
  • A cocktail shaker or mason jar with a lid

How to make it

  1. Rinse your paper filter with hot water and discard the rinse water
  2. Add 18g of freshly ground Cherry Pick to the filter
  3. Bloom — pour 50g of water evenly over the grounds and wait 35 seconds. Cherry Pick is a natural process coffee so it releases more CO2 and benefits from a longer bloom
  4. Continue pouring slowly in circular motions to 150g total
  5. Pour to 220g total and let it drain slightly
  6. Final pour to 278g total
  7. Total brew time: 3:00–3:30 minutes
  8. Remove the dripper and enjoy immediately

Pro tip: Cherry Pick shines brightest between 7 and 21 days off roast. Let it rest before brewing for the most vivid fruit notes. Grind fresh right before brewing — this coffee changes noticeably from coarse to fine, so small adjustments go a long way.
