  • ANAEROBIC NATURAL MICROLOT FROM RATNAGIRI ESTATE

Sourced from Ratnagiri Estate — "Pearl Mountain" — Chikmagalur, Karnataka. Family-owned by the Patre family since 1927. One of the only Indian estates not planted under British colonial rule. Grown at 1,250–1,450m under silver oak canopy alongside cardamom and black pepper.

  • Tasting Notes

Sweet apple, cherry jam, milk chocolate. Vivid, fruit-forward, and clean with a bright finish. Medium roast. Anaerobic natural process — the technique that concentrates natural fruit sugars into every cup.

  • LIMITED HARVEST ALLOCATION

herry Pick is produced from a single microlot harvest at Ratnagiri Estate. Annual availability is limited by harvest yield. Once this allocation sells out, the next harvest is months away. This is the bag that started Yeri Coffee.

  • WHAT IS ANAEROBIC NATURAL PROCESS?

After harvest, cherries are sealed in stainless steel tanks to ferment without oxygen. This concentrates the natural fruit sugars and develops the vivid sweetness Cherry Pick is known for. It's why this cup tastes like nothing else from India — or anywhere else.

  • ★★★★★
This is such a lovely coffee. I’ve had the pleasure of trying it as both a pour over and on drip as well. Some anaerobic coffees can do too much. The process yields really funky, fruity flavors, which, while exciting, can cause fatigue if you’re drinking a full cup. This coffee stays in the pocket, straightforward enough to entice the less adventurous drinker with enough flash to impress aficionados. Big fan of this one.
